No, really. Lots of them, actually. He had a plan that led him to 22 highly successful years in the Wedding and Event Industry. He has a plan to spread the gospel of that success to other professionals. He has a plan to help make YOUR business better. Heck, he has a plan on what socks he’s going to wear tomorrow.

Rich is a planner. He has a well-honed ability to forecast future challenges and pitfalls and develop strategies to handle them before they happen. This intuition and strategy is what makes small businesses built to last, and survive financial dips. And in the wedding and event industry, where small businesses disappear, seemingly, with the seasons, Rich’s business stands out amongst the standouts (his staff has joked for years that they were the only private event DJs walking around with matched 401ks).

Rich also is smart enough to know when to check his ego when he wants to learn something new and knows when to harness the power of the right mentors. This is exactly the kind of mentor you want for yourself. His fresh and innovative concepts have been adopted and are widely used among industry pro’s.

Rich holds degrees in Business Administration & Management, Emergency Paramedicine & Police Science. He is avid in fitness and bodybuilding and is an international competitor representing the USA in the World Police & Fire Olympics. He resides with his wife, Aimee, and their 5 children and two cats in Webster, NY.

During the 24 years spent in the Sales and Marketing biz (14 in the Wedding Industry), John has developed sales presentation techniques that have yielded staggering results, a legion of devotees, gleeful employers, and no small amount of haters among the competition.

John’s innovative marketing playbooks are battle-tested, decidedly relevant, endlessly adaptable, and will change the way you think about reaching your true client base.

An alum of Sonoma State University in Northern California, John now resides in the suburbs of Rochester, NY with his very tolerant wife of 13 years, Chrissy, two sons, and two rescued pitbulls. Aside from being on the front lines of sales and marketing in the Wedding and Event Industry since 2005, John has been in Management (Sales and Operations) and Corporate Training (Sales and Culture) for the TJX Company and Best Buy.
